I enjoy feedback - I like to know when we are doing a good job, and when we aren't. And so we have the option on Facebook, Yelp and now Trip Advisor to have you stop by our page and give us a review. And don't get me wrong, not all of our reviews are perfect (but there have been a few pretty amazing ones) and I don't agree with everything people say sometimes - but, I think its an important way for people to decide where you should go to eat!
If you have left a review - thanks! If you still want to - go for it! If you have a significant complaint that you would like Darin or I to address personally, please email us or send us a message on facebook and we are always more than happy to respond. Not that you can't just leave a review - I'm happy for you to do that too - but I take more time looking through my emails than things that get posted on our page and we don't want to miss anything.
If something isn't right when the server stops by, mention it to them and they may be able to do something about it on the spot.
And if Darin or I are around and not elbow deep in either dishwater or food prep we are happy to stop by and chat. However, to be perfectly honest, there hasn't been a day lately where at one point or another we aren't elbow deep in something!
And if our servers or hostesses did a great job - tell them! A lot of them are new to the business and we think overall they are doing an amazing job - but its certainly always great to hear some good feedback!
But we admit, we don't always get it perfect. If for some reason you didn't like your service, or the food we would like you to tell us about it - facebook message us, go to the email us spot on our website, send us an email or call the office.
But as someone who has worked with people for decades in a different capacity.... we all have bad days and it can be hard to say something without being harsh if we aren't impressed. If for some reason you're not happy with Lot 45 let me know, or let Darin know.
I also know that you can't make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. And I'm ok with that. For now, I will satisfy myself with happy faces, return customers, and sunny deck days!
